RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain customer relationships, following up as necessary.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy modifications, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions.
- Foster strong and lasting customer connections.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferred experience in sales roles such as outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
- Preferred experience in managing client relationships.
- Interest in marketing products and services tailored to customer needs.
- Excellent communication abilities, including written, verbal, and listening skills.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to anticipate and understand customer needs.
- Skilled at building rapport and effectively engaging with customers.

Compensation: $52,500.00 - $60,000.00 per year
